Qi Gong Chinese Exercises

Lydia Edwards is a Qi Gong instructor certificated by the Lotus Nei Gong International School of Daoist Arts.

In Qi Gong classes she will be drawing on and teaching a number of different Qigong sets, Dao Yin, Breathing techniques, Ji Ben Qi Gong (fundamentals) Wu Xing Qi Gong (5 element Qi Gong).

The classes also include body conditioning, loosening and stretching.

Lydias aim is to introduce students to some of the fundamental Daoist practices and lifestyle choices that help someone in there Qi Gong practices and as a practising Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist and Tui Na Chinese Massage Therapist, answer any questions that may come up with regards to the Chinese Arts - or certainly find out if unsure myself!

It is encouraged for students to gradually build up their own daily practice in order to make genuine progress.

Lydia began her journey into the Eastern Arts in 2001 and began training with Damo Mitchell of Lotus Nei Gong International School of Daoist Arts in 2009

Private Qi Gong Classes are chargeable at £40 an hour and are currently held on zoom, in the great outdoors, or for an additional fee of £13 per hour at Back to Fitness Studio in Southbourne.

Classes are also weekly currently on Zoom at 10.30AM sharp on Sundays, with donations from £7 - £10, and also as "pop up" classes on Southbourne beach (weather permitting) in the warmer months (please contact me for details)
