Our Health Clinic is based in Christchurch with parking directly outside.

Educated to degree level, Lydia  has been studying the Chinese medical, spiritual and martial arts since around 2001 and has been a member of Lotus Nei Gong school of internal Daoist Arts since 2009. With over five years of studying Traditional and Classical Chinese Medicine at Body Harmonics International and within Xian Tian college of Daoist Medicine Lydia founded Phoenix Rising Acupuncture & Tui Na Clinic in Bournemouth in 2013.
