An invitation to experience Ji Ben Qi Gong 基本氣功 (Fundamental Exercises) as part of the International Lotus Nei Gong school of Internal Daoist Arts
This simple set of exercises and mindful movement can be learnt by anybody at any level so beginners are most welcome!
The Ji Ben Qi Gong and Wu Xing Qi Gong are common forms of Chinese Qi Gong used for balancing and harmonising the body's energy, and which I prescribe in my Acupuncture and Tui Na Massage clinic here in Southbourne.
It is used primarily to improve health, and you can experience these ancient Chinese energising movements yourself every Sunday on Zoom.
